  I have hired several attorneys in the past for business reasons and never I mean never have i received such personal attention as with this office. I have gotten myself into a terrible mess with my dealership (economy and all) scared to death i will loose everything I have. But threw all I have going on, I somehow feel relieved when working with Jeff Oertel. He is cable of doing things for my case that my past attorney would just say cant be done. I can sleep at night knowing their taking care of my case. Their a small office with a big voice and i appreciate all their doing for me. Oh and i should mention I have a extremely expensive attorney for another matter. Who stands to make tons of money off me, who never makes me feel good about anything. Doesn't even return my calls most times. Jeff has returned calls on weekends, after office hours & pretty much anytime i need him. Some of the advice Ive gotten isn't even related to the case. Where do you get that type of customer service these days. If i could hire Oertel Koonts & Oertel Pllc: Koonts F Paul for this matter believe me I would. I should also mention I was a walk-in...
