  Jeff and his company worked with me to get my auto insurance started and have continued to work with me thought the good and bad times in my life! I have and will tell any one I know they are a wonderful company to work with. No complaints with me!

  I have had this insurance company since it opened it's doors. Excellent customer service, Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them they truly care and treat you like family.

  worst customer service ever. never have i felt so discriminated by someone and this person did. I wish i would wrote her name down to report this person. When we went to pay my insurance and month earlier she told us ( me and my dad) we had payed for 2 months. and wrote down the next payment and her name. then we get a letter from the allstate comp. that we needed to pay 1000!!! or the insurance would be disconnected. All i asked was for time i mean im not rich and i sure as hell did not put the wrong date all we had was half and she , the same person that gave us the date would not even give us a week to pay it. and when i showed her the date she gave us and that she had signed it. ALL SHE COULD SAY IS MAYBE THERE WAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER AND I DIDNT UNDERSTAND. FYI NO MATTER WHAT LANGUAGE A DATE IS STILL A DATE NUMBERS DONT CHANGE. I FELT SO DISCRIMINATED AND I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BE A CUSTOMER TO A TERRIBLE COMPANY LIKE THIS ONE. HOPE YOU READ THIS REVIEW AND DONT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT HAVE GOOD CST SERVICE AND OBVIUSLY THE DONT CARE.
