- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They have incorrectly scheduled the pick up times for my rides a few times causing me to miss work. I call and clearly state the time I need to be picked up and the operator repeats the times back to me only for it to be entered into the schedule incorrectly somehow. Then on a few days when they did get the times right they show up an hour or so early. I understand that I need to be ready 30 minutes before pickup but not an hour. This is a great service maybe if you plan to use it occasionally, but if you rely on it weekly like me then you may run into problems. I will probably lose my job over it.By biscuit, July 09, 2017
